Delphi advised property-company Diligentia in the work with the appealed plans for refurbishment of the Mörby shopping mall.
The co-operation between Diligentia and the municipality of Danderyd concerning the development of the Mörby shopping mall has resumed after a four year break. On 26 January the government decided to reject the appeal which had been lodged and work on the project can now begin. Diligentia intends to invest in the construction of retail, office and residential space.
Delphi’s Anders Hulegårdh is responsible for planning issues. Elisabeth Eklund, Hedvig Mannergren and Matthias Johansson have also worked on the matter.
