VINX Index Information: Removal of Orc Group AB from VINX Benchmark Index (01/12)

The following information is based on a press release from Orc Group published
on January 31, 2012.
It is announced that Cidron Delfi Intressenter AB, which is wholly owned by
Nordic Capital VII Limited, has reached an approximate level of 95,50 percent
of the total amount of shares in Orc Group AB (ORC) (SE0000634321).
NASDAQ OMX Global Index Group will act and adjust ORC in accordance to the
”Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the NASDAQ OMX and Oslo Bors
All-Share, Benchmark, Tradable and Sector Indexes” Version 1.9.2, rule 5.8.
ORC will therefore be removed from VINX Benchmark Index effective on February 2,
2012. Last inclusion date for ORC will be February 1, 2012.
