GRIGISKES AB terminates an agreement of rent

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2012-01-30 13:03 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On October 06,
2011, GRIGISKES AB and MEDIENOS PLAUSAS AB, the company in bankruptcy, have
signed a contract of lease of a part of premises, production and other
equipment owned by MEDIENOS PLAUSAS AB, the company in bankruptcy.

After a reassessment of the market situation, the rented asset's condition and
the necessary level of investments to carry out an activity, GRIGISKES AB
unilaterally terminates the lease contract mentioned above from February 1,
2012.
