DOVRE GROUP’S FINANCIAL STATEMENTS 2011 RELEASED ON FEB 15, 2012

Dovre Group Plc releases its financial statements for January 1 – December 31,
2011 on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at approximately 9am instead of Thursday,
February 16, 2012 as previously announced. The company’s financial statements
and the CEO’s presentation will be available on the company’s website,
