Consolidated financial statement 2011 - Presentation 2 February 2012

Marel hf. invites market participants and investors to a meeting where the
Company's consolidated financial statement for 2011 will be presented.

The results will be presented by Theo Hoen, CEO, Erik Kaman, CFO, and Sigsteinn
P. Gretarsson, COO.

The presentation will be held Thursday, 2 February, at 8:30 a.m. GMT, at the
company's headquarters, Austurhraun 9, Gardabaer.
