CHANGE OF EXCHANGE MEMBERSHIP - ABG Sundal Collier AB

ABG Sundal Collier AB will transfer its memberships to ABG Sundal Collier Norge
ASA. The member identity ABC in INET will not change. ABG Sundal Collier AB
will assign to ABG Sundal Collier Norge ASA all of its rights, obligations,
liabilities and interest under the agreements concluded between ABG Sundal
Collier AB and NOMX (together the “Assigned Agreements”), and ABG Sundal
Collier Norge ASA will acquire all rights, obligations, liabilities and
interest under the Assigned Agreements.
These changes will be effective as of Wednesday, February 1, 2012.
