HONKARAKENNE CEO ESA RAUTALINKO HAS RESIGNED TO PURSUE A NEW CAREER OPPORTUNITY

Honkarakenne President and CEO Esa Rautalinko has decided to pursue a new
career opportunity. Esa Rautalinko has been in the CEO role at Honkarakenne
since November 2009.

His term of resignation is six months. He will continue to lead Honkarakenne
for the time being.

The Board of Directors has initiated the search for a new CEO.

We would like to thank Esa for his great contributions for the company, says
Lasse Kurkilahti, the Chairman of the Board, “During his time Honkarakenne has
significantly strengthened its balance sheet and many renewals have been put
into practice”
