NASDAQ OMX Derivatives Markets - Notification of changes to Appendix 12a
Collateral restrictions effective from February 23, 2012.



The changes, which have been approved, are attached in reference document
Appendix 12a of NASDAQ OMX Derivatives Markets Rules and Regulations.
The effective date of the changes to Appendix 12a “Collateral restrictions”,
will be February 23, 2012. Please note that the advance notice on the
effective date is necessary to allow our Custodian Institutions an appropriate
amount of time to administer the effects of the changes, which have been
approved.
