As a result of the divestment of the market unit Search, TradeDoubler publishes new historical financial data for the remaining market units. In the year-end report, the Search operations in the income statement will be net reported as Divested operations after Net income. The divestment has no effect on the structure of the balance sheet.
The year-end report will be published on the morning of February 7th, 2012. The report will be presented at a press and analyst meeting at 10.00 am the same day, which can also be followed over the internet.
